After being accepted into the inaugural class of the UT New York program, I landed a semester-long social publishing internship at CNN in New York. My main duties included writing copy for Instagram (@cnn & @cnnclimate), editing videos for IGTV and Facebook, and assisting on occasional film shoots. After graduating in May, I was offered to return to the social team and continue my internship.
